We want you to be happy with your purchase from Green Box Mushrooms. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are food‑based consumables, we can only accept returns or issue refunds under the following conditions:

  • The product arrived damaged

  • The product was incorrect

  • The product was defective or compromised

Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

2. Non‑Returnable Items

For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products with broken seals

  • Products purchased more than 14 days ago

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos (if applicable)

We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

4. Replacements

If approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement product

  • A full or partial refund

  • Store credit

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the issue was our error.
